[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 log: "[lang]: User roland has cleared the language cache"

i have got various "clearCacheCmd = LIST_OF_UIDs" in my typoscript 
templates, but no "clearCacheCmd=all".

when my "clearCacheCmd = LIST_OF_UIDs" are triggert the log file says 
something like this:
