[TYPO3-english] Indexed Search labels display only standard language

Hi guys,

I have installed the indexed search. Everything works fine exept the 
language labels. The labels are always in standard language (english). 
On german and french site the search displays the correct search 
entries, but with english labels.
I refreshed the extension translation via extension manager but this 
didn´t help.

Any ideas or ist this a bug?
TYPO3 4.6.3
Indexed Search 2.13.0

In addition I can´t overwrite the language labels via TYPOscript:
plugin.tx_indexedsearch {
   _LOCAL_LANG.de {
     submit_button_label = suchen
   }
}
