T3CON12 - Québec : TYPO3 International Conference

Québec, March 12 2012 – From June 13 through June 15 2012, Quebec City 
will be the host of the 11th international TYPO3 conference. The capital 
of the province is well known for the strength of its IT industry and of 
course, its gorgeous architecture and restaurants.

This will be a great opportunity to learn more about the powerful 
Enterprise CMS we use, as well as to connect with other members of the 
TYPO3 community from both North America and Europe; developers 
designers, copywriters, clients, users and more. Several 
internationally-known leaders of the TYPO3 community will be attending 
and presenting.

TYPO3’s original developer, TYPO3, Kasper Skårhøj, will be in Quebec for 
the conference and will participate in the initial keynote. As this 
year’s conference will be held in a French part of Canada there will be 
a few select talks available in French. Don't worry if you don't speak 
French though, the keynote, tutorials and rest of the conference will be 
conducted in English, and all volunteers and hotel staff will speak English.

In addition to the TYPO3 sessions, this year we will also be inviting 
speakers to present on broad and important subject areas such as: 
accessibility, mobile interfaces, communication challenges, writing for 
the web, success stories from customers and the use of social networks. 
Decision-makers will be introduced to TYPO3 during a half-day TYPO3 
discovery session. The call for speakers page will be announce in 
another communication this week.

The conference will be held at the Clarion Hotel in Québec City; special 
prices on room rates are available if you mention T3CON while making
