[TYPO3-english] Core Error - tslib_fe::__construct()

Good Morning All,

I have an error coming up for a typo3 installation and I do not know where
to start to fix it. I am using Typo3 4.6.9.

Please see below the log entry for the error:

The error is being contantly logged and is causing the database to bloat :(.

Please can someone help with this.
