To hide default page in lib.menu you can either:
#Hide page from menu for a region
[globalVar = GP:R = 2]
lib.menu.excludeUidList = 111
[global]
or
#hide page from default language
[globalVar = GP:L = 0]
lib.menu.excludeUidList = 111
[global]
