[TYPO3-english] Question about changing header image on a forge project

Who or where do ask abou problems I'm having on the TYPO3 forge?

I tried changing the header image on one of my projects, it saves ok and the 
web pages says everything was updated, but when th eform reloads the header 
field is blank and my project doesn't have the new header image. How do I 
change the header image?

Also what is the quick link field for?
