[TYPO3-english] How can I append language paramater in link url to switch language selected?

Hello! 


I have a problem that the language paramater is missed when I click links from menu and article title, so the lanuguage of website is always to 
be default, not changed as primary setting. There is a way to get 
paramate from GET/POST or session, how can I config Typoscript 
correctly?
