[TYPO3-english] /var/www/typo3/typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/!!!!!!

I just moved a client's 4.5.16 page to a development host and am now
greeted with the above message in the FE.
All the content renders just fine, the line is put before the DOCTYPE:

/var/www/typo3/typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/!!!!!!<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC
"-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transi

Could someone explain to me what it's trying to tell me?
