[TYPO3-english] email notification at fe_user login

Hi,

is it possible to send an email to admin at login of a fe_user similar 
to "Notify me by email, when somebody logs in" for be_user? The 
recipient should be always the same and the email should contain the 
username and timestamp. It would be nice to solve this by typoscript or 
so because i'm not familiar in writing extensions:) Has anybody here a 
suggestion?
