[TYPO3-english] Configure width and height for one RTE field through TCA

Hey,

There are a few fields which are RTE enabled by using 'defaultExtras' => 
'richtext[]'. I want to make one of the fields smaller. Is this doable 
through TCA? I read the htmlArea, TCA and core documentation. But I 
could not figure out how to do it. Can any of you help me please?
