[TYPO3-english] transparent png appears with white background

Hello  Sergey and Katja,

Thanks for your replies.

@Sergey - I already have those config which you have suggested but no luck.

@Katja - The source image is png. In the page I check the image as "show image in a new tab"
and I get again the png .... typo3temp/GB/6893a8bc9f.png

So I have no clue what else should I do next. Please suggest
