[TYPO3-english] pagtree context menu disappeared after upgrading

Hi!

Delete the typo3temp/*.zip files, make sure your languages are selected in the EM and update them.
Double check the permissions on typo3conf and typo3temp folders are correct. (writable by the webserver)
