[TYPO3-english] add rel Attribute to Link in headline, rte, and image links

Hello List,

how could i add the possibilty to allow the backend user to add rel Attribute to link.
For example rel="shadowbox;height=140;width=120" should be added to the a tag, by the backend user.
I also noticed there is a field "Additional link parameters"  tried to use it but it doesn't gets inserted. 

Also there is a difference between normal link(headline, image .. ) browse link window and RTE browse links. In RTE the field "Additional link parameters" is missing.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance
