[TYPO3-english] Typo3 Introduction Package

Ok, increasing the memory did not work. The only thing in the error logs is below:
[24-Jan-2012 13:39:45] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function Connect() on a non-object in /home/parkerj/public_html/wpmsplugins.info/typo3_src-4.6.4/typo3/sysext/dbal/class.ux_t3lib_db.php on line 3108
This causes it to stop at step 4 and then I edit the localconf.php file and change adodb to native. Not sure why it does that because it does not do it on the development server. Then after that, the introduction content is still not populated for some reason. The I navigate to Install > Compare Database and see this under Add tables: CREATE TABLE tx_realurl_pathcache
