[TYPO3-english] Links from images combine into one

On a TYPO3 4.5.10 (with Templavoila) install I have an images-only 
content element with two images. When I link to files onsite from each 
image, the link are combined into one for the first image:
http://file/path/file1
http://file/path/file2

The second image doesn't get its link. The behavior is repeated whether 
I use absolute links or local link.

Is there a setting that could be causing this?
