[TYPO3-english] Comments extension with answers

My answer was indeed rather short. 
For the sake of trying to be clear for you or others. 

Disqus is not part of TYPO3. 
Via this extension you can integrate disqus within TYPO3. 
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/tsdisqus/current/
You will need a YOURSHORTNAME for the setup. By enrolling on the disqus site to get this name. 

All the admin is done on the disqus site. 

Good luck with the extension you found. 
As a tip: Maybe think about spam. There are good extensions to use like spamshield or wt_spamshield and many more.
