[TYPO3-english] List pages w/ certain modules

Dear Typo3sters,

Is there a way to list pages that use certain extensions, say, Powermail?  Better yet, if this list can include which domain name they're served under, that's even more rad.  Or is this a situation where write your own SQL applies?  I'm perfectly happy to SSH/SQL and run commands/statements, and wondering if anybody's done it before for my instant gratification.  Otherwise I'll suffer through it myself, maybe.
