[TYPO3-english] ttnews_rss_import wont work with the scheduler, how do i set user rights correctly?

Hello everybody,

ttnews_rss_import 0.8.1 works just fine when i manually import feeds in 
the functions module.

i also got the scheduler to work (at least it does say "last execution: 
cron) and set up a scheduler task for ttnews_rss_import, but nothing 
happens. The scheduler setup check shows no problems.

Now i understand the user _cli_scheduler needs to have special TCEmain 
permissions and i've tried a lot of things like entering these lines in 
the TSconfig of the Sysfolder where the tt_news articles are stored:

TCEMAIN.permissions.userid =5  (id correct)
TCEMAIN.permissions.groupid = 5 (id correct)
TCEMAIN.permissions.user = show, editcontent, edit, new, delete
TCEMAIN.permissions.group = show, editcontent, edit, new, delete


Well this doesn't work, i couldn't figure out anything and i just can't 
seem to find the right answers anywhere.

Please - how exactly do i have to setup the user _cli_scheduler to 
enable scheduled rss import?
