Hello Steffen,

Yes, as I wrote I clearedtypo3conf/temp_CACHED_* and typo3temp/*.
This behaviour appears since 4.5.1, and it happens because of "ie8compatmode" extension v. 0.0.0.
Once it is removed - no conflicts, and backend works perfectly.

Wasn't the Ext.Direct security by registering endpoints added with 4.5.3?

I don't remember exactly, but could you start with deleting typo3conf/temp_CACHED_*? IIRC the registration of allowed Ext.Direct function gets cached there.
