[TYPO3-english] may be cache problem?

Hi group
I have multi language page with tt_news, it works fine except single 
view of tt_news.
When entering single view of article it`s OK, but when on single view 
page i try to change the language, page displays ok in new language BUT
i have ALWAYS this error:

disabled! http://new.pwww.com/ - cms: $TSFE->set_no_cache() was

Caching is disabled!

But cahce is not disabled on single view page
