Sure this is possible. There are examples out in the wep to show your. I 
have not time ATM to make your a solution based on your posted TS, but have 
a look at the .if and .override stdWrap properties.
In combination with dataWrap (or insertDate) you are able to read any 
property of the current rendered content element (or page).

Have a look into the TS, there are some, but no many examples there. If you 
can not get it to work, just CC me on your next mail, I might have some time 
left on thursday.
