[TYPO3-english] typo3temp got filled with thousands of javascript_* files

Really ... https://forge.typo3.org/issues/21388 ... this bug is 3 years 
old ... I see the comment left by Jorgo S. 7 months ago:

"I've advised about this bug in the Bug Day Wiki

nobody seems to want to fix it as 4.5.4 came out with it AGAIN"

I'm on 4.5.10 and still having this problem. Please, advise.
