[TYPO3-english] where to find authagainsttypo3 extension for mediawiki authentication

I'm interested in using the authagainsttypo3 in order to authenticate 
mediawiki against my typo3 database. I can't seem to find the extension 
in the extension directory of typo3, so I'm not sure if this extension 
is still supported. I've found the forge page of the extension, but no 
instructions whatsoever.

So my quick question: should I use this extension, and if yes, from 
where can I download it?
