[TYPO3-english] PIWIK no JS Code

Hi kay,

Philipps Guess war right, i needet to add the static templates.

Ahem perhaps you add it to your manual.

When debugging, i saw the static setup and constant, but did not mind.

How embarrassing for me :-)
