[TYPO3-english] Help, I have lost my appearance tag

Hi,

 

  When I add a folder, I can usually see 'contains plugin' on a TAB
'Appearance'

 

I have obviously done something, as when I add a folder, I can no longer see

Either of the TAB or the 'contains plugin'

 

Does anyone know what I may have done ?
