[TYPO3-english] Wincache backend

Hi Fellows,

How can I use Wincache? I was reading in the documentation (
http://wiki.typo3.org/Caching_framework#Wincache_backend) and it says that
"needs documentation".

So I was wondering where on typo3 can I use wincache? Can I use it for
sessions? How can I configure to gain the maximum benefit from it?

I saw a lot of posts but it seems all to be oriented to be used inside
extensions.
