[TYPO3-english] additional fileadmin folder

Hi Philipp,

problem solved; "/path/to/typo3/" was only the full path in the chroot
environment. Typo3 is not satisfied with this and wants the real real
path; "/path/to/chroot/path/to/typo3/". Now it's working :)
