[TYPO3-english] jb_gd_resize does not resize pop-up image

Now, my webhost has removed the opportunity to use ImageMagick. I then 
installed jb_gd_resize 1.1.5 and the webpages is generated with TYPO3 4.5. 
Most things works Ok, but there is a problem with "click-enlarge" pictures, 
which only shows the upper left corner of the picture. It seems that 
jb_gd_resize is not able to resize the picture in the pop-up window to show 
the whole picture.

Are there any work-arounds for this problem? How to resize the picture to be 
inside the pop-up window?

Is there a max width and max height param in URL of the window (value is
like 800m)?

How about upgrading to 4.5.x where I don't have any reports of such bug
with latest version? Or try to download older version that was before
4.5. It's possible that fixes for 4.5 broke 4.4 compatibility.
