[TYPO3-english] EM 6.0: Unusuable for production sites?

That was one of the most heard complaints about the old EM: if you want 
to install an extension you have to go through so many popups and 
confirmation dialogues with questions you can only confirm (an extension 
won't work without the database updates for example, so you can only get 
it working by allowing the modifications).
Especially when there were multiple dependencies for which you had to 
confirm download, install, db update, retry the original, etc.

For big production sites you will certainly have a development or test 
environment to first try to make the extension work.

Not really surprising if you consider how it was constructed :-)
