[TYPO3-english] Swedish character in page title

Hi,

It is possible to type å, ä, ö in the title field. But when the user 
press the save-button the characters are not saved in the database. 
"Jörgen" becomes "Jrgen" etc. Å, ä and ö works in all the other input 
fields like subtitle, navigation title.
