[TYPO3-english] problem with uploading an extension to TER with new site

Hi,
I see again that the newest extension uploaded in TER is 4 days old. It's strange, I tried to upload an extension and in extension manager all seems to be successful, but there isn't into TER.

In my opinion this is a big problem, if someone find a security bug in his extension he isn't able to upload a new version.
