This does not look like a TYPO3 problem.

Can you check your .htaccess and your apache config file for possible 
redirects?

If you are on a Linux host, you could run:
$ grep -Rin "get-started" /etc /var/www
This assumes that the string "get-started" is rather unique and will print 
all files and line numbers that match.
