[TYPO3-english] Upgrading from 4.4 to 4.5 with Postgres

No, I did not run it manually. Should I do it or it should be run
automatically by Upgrade wizard?

I have some errors in upgrade wizard, may be this is the case. I will
try to do upgrade once more and note what error are thrown.
I will write report to this list soon.
