[TYPO3-english] discover which be groups apply which permissions?

Hmmm if I,
- go into the user admin module,
- group by 'member of groups'
- then click on the blue info button next to a group, it opens a pop-up
window that has table rows for 'Tables (listing)', 'Tables (modify)',
'Page types' ,'Allowed excludefields', 'Modules' but they're all empty
for each of my groups.

But there are filled out entries for 'Grouptitle', 'Include Access',
'Fileoperation permissions' and 'Description' (and for mount groups
there are entries listed for 'DB Mounts','File Mounts'.)

So it seems that the info popup would be the place for me to get what I
want, but it doesn't seem to consistently fill out the tables permisions
and excludefields.

Anyone else have the same behaviour?  This is on 4.5.6.
