[TYPO3-english] px_phpids error

I tried running px_phpids on a 4.5.7 site using Scheduler and get an error:

PHPIDS filter and converter update (px_phpids)" failed with the 
following message: Task failed to execute successfully. Class: 
tx_pxphpids_cli

The system will manually update the files. General.debug_mod within the 
extension is on. General.min_php_version is set to the current version 
of PHP (5.1.5).

Visiting the "Show all impacts" page in the BE does not produce the 
display shown in the documentation, instead showing "No data found."

Can anyone suggest a path to troubleshoot this?
