[TYPO3-english] typo3 4.5.6 --- Page type advanced not available

It's written in the manual [1]. I created a standard page, created a  
template there and included t3blog's template extensions. This works  
somehow, but I can't figure out, how to create a blog itself. The next  
steps in the manual don't work for me. But that's another story ...
