[TYPO3-english] Strange behaviours of a TYPO3 site

Hi

We just took over a site and updated it to 4.5.6 but now we have a very
strange behaviour

   1. The RTE is writing the html value &nspb instead of creating a single
   space when editing spaces in the HTML Area

   2. When trying to copy a branch it is copying one single page and than
   giving error message , even the connection is just working perfect
   Connection Problem
   Sorry, but an error occurred while connecting to the server. Please check
   your network connection.

   3. When clicking on the buttom make a copy instead of reference in the
   Content Element. It is copying the element below the reference instead of
   replacing it.

   4. Also when saving a Page record the page don't reload if thevalue is
   "standard" or "storage"

The site is using realurl, framework for templavoila,

TYPO3 4.5.6 with PHP 5.3 on Debian 6

Any ides where to search are welcome
