[TYPO3-english] Some Localized CEs Show Up, Some Do Not

Have you followed
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/core-documentation/doc_l10nguide/1.1.0/view/for
setting up your multiple languages?

It's possible that your not "falling back on default content" or the
translation is available in the current language or your page mode is such
that it only shows translated content.

There's potentially several reasons why the content won't show.
