[TYPO3-english] sr_feuser_register translation of fields in frontend forms

Good morning,

Could someone point me in the right direction for documentation on how to get 
the sr_feuser_register to display correctly in the front end when upgrading to 4.6?

The form has no labels (only displays 'array') and half the fields are missing. 
I cannot find an updated version of the extension either.
