[TYPO3-english] pbsurvey not working in Typo3 4.6.0

Hi,

It's not PHP 5.3, it's TYPO3 4.6

1) Read our deprecation log before upgrading!

> Fatal error: Call to undefined method t3lib_div::fixed_lgd_pre() in
> /var/www/html/dummy/typo3conf/ext/pbsurvey/mod1/index.php on line 98

2) Use t3lib_div::fixed_lgd_cs() instead (with negative input value for 
$chars)
