you may need to reload extension-module after updating the extension-list 
from TER.
I noticed this after testing the update recognition with an old extension-
version I installed (copied by hand and activate) earlier.

the update-buttons were not shown immediately after getting a fresh ext-
list, but after a further click on the 'extension manager' in the left 
menu. (if you can approve this behaviour it can be reported as bug)
