[TYPO3-english] Under maintenance page while upgrading

On top of what has been suggested, if you have TYPO3 running again (for 
instance, after the source code upgrade itself, but while you are still 
going through the rest of the upgrade process), you can use the 
"pageUnavailable_handling" setting in the Install Tool to force a 
redirect to some maintenance page (by also setting 
"pageUnavailable_force" to true). This forced maintenance page will be 
bypassed for the IP addresses that match the "devIPmask", so it's still 
possible for you to access the site.
