True, but TMENUITEM has RO and TMENU includes all the properties of 
TMENUITEM. In fact beforeImg is a property of TMENUITEM rather than TEMNU.

However there is the property beforeROImg which has the description:

If set, ".beforeImg" and ".beforeROImg" is expected to create a 
rollOver-pair.
