[TYPO3-english] Clear Cache for this page only

Hey

in the list module, there's a special icon "clear cache for this page".

Unfortunately, it's not available in the page module, which would be 
easier to handle for editors.

- Is there a way to enable it in the page module?
- "Clear page content cache" in the Cache dropdown on top (cf attached 
screenshot) clears the entire page cache for the entire site - correct?
