[TYPO3-english] Extension manager and a few other modules blank in 4.6-dev

Hey guys,

I've had this problem for the last 12-14 days on my locally installed TYPO3 4.6-dev, and I'm at a loss on how to solve this.

Some vital backend modules suddenly wont load any longer. They are:

USER TOOLS
 - Access

ADMIN TOOLS
 - Extension manager
 - Reports

HELP
 - About TYPO3

LL-XML
 - ll-XML

Everything else seems to work fine. Does anyone have an idea about what might cause this?
