Do you have your own server? Or is it a shared hosting?

If it is your own server you have to recompile eAccelerator with that 
module. You can't configure it when it is not installed.
Try with that line during set up --> ./configure 
--with-eaccelerator-doc-comment-inclusion

If it is a shared hosting you have to ask the support. Maybe they could 
do something for you... good luck :-)
