[TYPO3-english] Typo3 Hosting

Hi Everybody,

I did have a look already at the hosting page on the wiki but I would like
your personal opinion on which hosts out there is the best for Typo3. In the
best I mean flexibility in configuration, reliability & speed and customer
support. Cost is a factor as well but I don't mind paying a bit more for
good host.

Which host would you recommend?
