[TYPO3-english] Powermail Add Fieldset option missing

Hi All,

I have typo3 version 4.5.2 and I have powermail extension installed. I added
the powermail plugin to the form. But I cannot find the "Add fieldset"
option to add fieldset in any of the tabs. I then chose "Add new content
element" , chose fieldset and created a new fieldset. But I could not find
any option to relate this fieldset to the created powermail content element.
Please help!!!!
