[TYPO3-english] install tool 452 fails silently after login

Xavier,

thank you for your gentle answer.

However, I did see no message in the install tool about safe-mode. It was
just REALLY silent.

Also from the technical release notes of 4.5: "We still support safe_mode in
TYPO3 4.5, ..." so I am still think something is wrong somewhere.

(I am only trying to make typo3 better, I am NOT bashing the tool)
