[TYPO3-english] Where is Ext Manager - after new install of 4.5.2 Introduction

I just installed a virgin 4.5.2 with the Introduction package on a  
CentOS server.
All went well, except for at least one menu item in the back-end I  
feel is missing, namely "Ext Manager".
I compared with one of my live TYPO3 sites version 4.4.0 and here is  
the menu comparison:

Is the Ext Manager hidden somewhere else these days?
